Asuncion Ridge Eggs Benedict
Scrambled eggs served on a sliced croissant with black forest ham and saffron infused hollandaise sauce.

Baked French Toast
Sliced french bread layered with blueberry jam and cream cheese baked in a mixture of eggs, milk, brown sugar, fresh blueberries, peaches and pecans. Served with blueberry infused maple syrup.

Eggs baked with Prosciuto, Leeks and Mushrooms
Prosciuto, leeks and mushrooms in a mixture of eggs, cream and grated gruyere cheese. Baked to a fluffy, souffle-like texture.

Omelete
With a choice of the following:
Chicken pesto sausage. bacon, red bell peppers, zucchini or sunburst squash, red onion, leets, cilantro, tomatoes and cheddar, Swiss jack or brie cheese.

Lemon Blueberry Pancakes
Served with lemon infused pure maple syrup and melted butter.

Cinnamon raisin French Toast
Cinnamon raisin bread dipped in a batter of eggs, cream, brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and rolled in crushed corn flakes. Served with melted butter and pure maple syrup.
